Another sad week in the entertainment world.
Monday evening, Patrick Swayze lost his battle with pancreatic cancer. His wife and brother was with him at his New Mexico ranch. Swayze was another fellow Texan born in Houston. He was a good actor and an accomplished dancer who was trained by his mother Patsy.
On Thursday morning, Henry Gibson passed away in his sleep. Gibson was one of the comedic mainstays from Rowan and Martin's Laugh In. His last roles were of a judge in the Boston Legal series.
Later on Thursday came the passing of Folk singer Mary Travers. Mary was with the folk group Peter, Paul, and Mary who sang the lovable tune 'Puff The Magic Dragon'.
These three will be missed for the entertainment they provided over many years.
